How do I Make a Return?

If you are not satisfied with your order, please email info@themodernminxnyc.com to be provided with a return slip, RMA # and return instructions.  Please return your undesired items within 15 days from the date your order was received, along with a completed return form listing your RMA #, to be eligible to receive store credit in the form of a gift card.  

Can I Return an Item That Was Purchased on Sale?

Items ending in $.97,$.99 or marked as "Final Sale" may not returned for store credit.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

The Modern Minx NYC accepts the following payment methods for your convenience:  Visa / Mastercard / Amex / Discover / Paypal

 Where is my Order Confirmation Email?

You will receive an order confirmation email to the email address provided during checkout within 1 hour of placing your order.  If you do not receive an email from The Modern Minx NYC within 1 hour, please check your Spam folder.  It is also possible that the email address entered during checkout was incorrect.   Order status may be checked by logging into your account on our website.

How Can I Change or Cancel My Order?

In order to ensure that your order is shipped and on its way to you as soon as possible, orders are processed as soon as they are received.  Once an order has been placed it cannot be changed or cancelled.  If you would still like to return the item once received, it may be returned if in accordance with our Returns Policy.

When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are shipped Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.  Orders are processed as soon as they are received and will be shipped within 1-2 business days.  

Why Did I Receive an Order Cancellation Email?

Although rare, the item you ordered may become out of stock in between the time that the order was placed and when we processed it.  Should this occur, the situation will be handled as follows:

  • If your order only contains 1 item, your order will be cancelled and you will receive a full refund in the order amount to your original method of payment.
  • If your order contains multiple items, you will receive a full refund in the amount of the cancelled item and the remaining items in your order will be charged and shipped to you accordingly.

How Long Will It Take to Process My Return/Exchange?

Once your returned order has been received, inspected and processed, you will receive an email confirmation.  Please allow 10 business days for your refund or store credit to be processed and issued.
